My name is Biljana, originally from Skopje, North Macedonia, where I started my journey in the beauty industry in a salon co-owned with my sister.

For me, beauty has never been about changing someone’s appearance, but about improving and enhancing their natural beauty. Healthy skin always comes first, because healthy skin is beautiful skin.

I believe that when people feel good in their skin, they naturally become more confident — and confidence itself makes a person even more beautiful. It is a positive circle that starts with self-care, health, and feeling comfortable in your own skin.

Now that I’m living in the Netherlands, I’ve seen that here, beauty is more of an industry than a passion. This is why I decided to create A Touch of Charm: a place where clients can relax, feel welcome, and enjoy high-quality treatments with personal attention, honesty, and passion.
