Please note: appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the booked value will be charged. In case of a no-show, the booking needs to be paid in full.
